Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7 amβ6 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Fort Collins is in Colorado, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fort Collins follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Christian Brothers helped us through a difficult time with our Toyota Highlander. They were all very nice and the work was done with precision and accomplished a lot quicker than I thought they would be able to. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Christian Brothers

Came in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and for them to check for a slow tire leak. When I go to pick up the car their way of checking for a leak is to look for a puncture... I think would've noticed if there was a puncture in my tire and asked why they didn't do the soap test. Apparently they didn't think it was warranted even though I am having to fill up this tire every other day but I just wanted to get home at this point so I didn't argue (I did go to another place and they did find a slow leak btw). After I get home I see that they didn't even do a tire rotation! I only know this because I have a new tire on the back left with colored dots and the leaking tire is front right. These were in the exact same positions before I went and after, so unless they just rotated my two other tires and kept these same ones on, the tire rotation did not happen. Now I'm questioning if they even changed my oil at this point. Thank god for my wonky tires, otherwise I wouldn't have known they didn't do the services I paid for. They really lost my trust with this and I will find another place that will actually do the work I am requesting. Watch out for the tech Hunter V who claims he do

I will no longer be using CBA for any further work all because of David at the Foco location. For some back story, I replaced my brakes at this location in March 2025 because my sister and I have been going to CBA for years. I had a great experience. Since then I have moved to Johnstown so four months ago when I needed an oil change I thought I would go to the Berthoud location because I thought they would be just as great as this location. Wrong. They were horribly rude to me and I questioned if I would ever come back to a CBA at all but I remembered the FoCo location was always so kind to me. Wednesday 7/29/26 I called and scheduled an appointment for a COURTESY INSPECTION because my brakes have been grinding after only a year. I had the unfortunate pleasure to get paired up with David. I told him about my Berthoud experience and he seemed really bothered. He told me that was his very close friend and he personally trained him and proceeded to ask a ton of questions before taking my car back for the inspection. I also added an oil change. 30 minutes later David comes back with the inspection paperwork in hand and tells me he can't figure out what's wrong with the brakes but the

I want to sincerely thank the team at CBA Fort Collins for the incredible kindness and professionalism they showed us. We were over 2,000 miles away from home when the check engine light came on in my diesel truck. As anyone who owns a diesel knows, thatβs not something you want to see when youβre far from home and facing a long drive back. I was stressed and worried about whether we would make it home safely. The team at CBA got us in quickly, took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, and patiently explained everything they found. More importantly, they gave me peace of mind by assuring me that my truck was in good shape to make the trip home. That reassurance meant more than they probably realize. What truly stood out was how they treated us as people, not just customers. They provided a shuttle ride for us to a local restaurant while they inspected the truck and then picked us up afterward. When it was all said and done, they didnβt charge me a single dime for their time, diagnosis, or assistance. In todayβs world, itβs easy to become cynical, but experiences like this remind me that there are still honest, hardworking, God-fearing people who genuinely care about doing the
